The Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) is the world's largest and most successful annual workplace charity campaign, with almost 200 CFC campaigns throughout the country and overseas raising millions of dollars each year. Pledges made by Federal civilian, postal and military donors during the campaign season will support eligible non-profit organizations that provide health and human service benefits throughout the world.

In 1991, the Alabama Legislature enacted the Alabama State Employee Combined Charitable Campaign (Act No. 91-561) providing Alabama state employees the opportunity to contribute to a multitude of charities through the convenience of payroll deduction. This single convenient channel allows state employees to support their charity of choice while minimizing workplace disruption and administrative cost to Alabama taxpayers.

The State Combined Campaign (SCC) is a once-a-year, on-the-job charitable solicitation of state employees. The campaign permits state employees to give monetary support to qualified human health, welfare and human care service charities recognized by the Internal Revenue Service.

One of these non-profit organizations is the Huntsville-Madison County Senior Center.  We hope you will contribute to help seniors in your community.  Your tax deductible donations will support the wide variety of programs and activities geared to the interests of our active and productive seniors.

By choosing to contribute to CFC 54352, with Federal Campaign or SCC 031494 with State Campaign, you also assist in providing a variety of services for the much less active seniors who are confined on a limited or permanent basis to their homes.  Meals on Wheels, limited homemaker services, case management and information and referral all fall into this category. Research tells us that these services help to keep people in their own homes for a longer period of time and saves millions of dollars in nursing home expenses.
